On a sloping plot in Kokkino Chorio, Chania, the residential complex was designed in harmony with the natural terrain, engaging in a dialogue with the view and the landscape. An above-ground and a semi-subterranean volume are connected through an open-air space, with the pool serving as a central focal point. Stone and earthy tones complement the surroundings, enhancing the integration with the environment.
